What advice do you have about Investment?
When or if you purchase land Location Location Location is all important. If you are young you should purchase in the path of progress. Look where for roads, water, shopping centers. Look for excess land at the Department of Transportation, go to Tax Sales. Dont sell your future.
What do people do wrong with money?
Dont spend more than you make for enjoyment. Credit is for business not for Las Vegas or some other Casion.
How do you formulate a good plan for your future?
?Diversify - Do not put all of your eggs in one basket. Do not take out second loans on your home to buy toys. Do not put all of your money in stocks. Have emergency funds in FDIC liquid money market.
