What Fitness plan would you recommend?
It depends on your goals. If youre trying to lose weight, and tone up of course eat healthy, cut down on carbs. Integrate a lot of cardio, as well as core workouts (such as kettle balls). Use low weights with lots of reps as to not build up mass.
What do people have to do to become healthy?
Find a plan such as the one above (again depending on your goals) and stick with it. Stay motivated, and push yourself more as you continue to notice increases in your ability. If youre going to use supplements make sure you do research. Follow the recommendations. Supplements are not substitutes for living a healthy lifestyle. They may just give you a little extra boost.
What is your history in the industry?
I spent almost nine years in the U.S. Army Infantry where i was always in the top 5% in my units in physical fitness. I may not have formal training myself, but Ive had years of experience with trial and error with what works, and what doesnt.
Can you tell us about targeting specific muscle groups?
Its all about focusing on that specific area, and doing different exercises that focus on those areas. Change the routine up so your body doesnt reach a plateau. If you keep doing the same exercises day in and day out your body will get used to those exercises, and they wont be as effective.
Can you help a client loose weight fast, if so how?
Yes, the biggest thing about losing weight is burning more calories than you take in. Eating healthy will magnify and quicken your results. Some supplements may also help, but they are not a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise.
