What Fitness plan would you recommend?
One that has a safe and productive Progression system that helps those who are in certain stages of that progression. Eating a balanced nutrition program is also a way to help keep the body healthy. Have fun and learn as much as possible.
What do people have to do to become healthy?
Keep an open mind and practice different types of training programs to find which one(s) work best for their goals and what helps them achieve the body and health they want. Provided they be smart and safe.
What is your history in the industry?
I have practiced many systems ranging from bodyweight training, gymnastics, yoga, weight training, feats of strength and others. My history is finding different ways to build a healthy body and have researched the old school methods of Physical Culture and have a certificate of completion at a workshop consisting of ways to develop Super Human Fitness
Can you tell us about targeting specific muscle groups?
I believe the more muscles you work at one time the better because when you do this, your muscle fibers run more rampant and can develop natural muscle after breakdown. Isolation in my opinion are for those who are in rehab or need to work a specific muscle that can be congruent with the rest of the body.
Can you help a client loose weight fast, if so how?
Yes because I can help them find a program thats suitable for their goals. In the case of losing weight, the program includes nutrition to help the body digest and help the body repair itself after training. Consistency is key.
