Online personal trainer - i offer a unique and individualized personal training program that is tailored for each of my clients. My online training is not a one size fits all training.

My programs are customized around you, your goals, your strengths, your weaknesses and your likes and dislikes. You are never too unfit to start!

What Fitness plan would you recommend?

Fitness plans are not a one size fits all. You need a fitness plan tailored to your body fat percentage, and lean muscle mass. I have developed all types of plans from vegan, vegetarian to paleo.

What do people have to do to become healthy?

Becoming healthy is a lifestyle change. Make sure you are eating the correct foods for your body and stay active.

What is your history in the industry?

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. I have helped those in the military get fit for pt tests and law enforcement get fit for duty. I have also competed in several bodybuilding competitions.

Can you tell us about targeting specific muscle groups?

There is no "spot check" when it comes to working out. You must target the entire body, large and small muscle groups. One should become well proportioned.

Can you help a client loose weight fast, if so how?

I can help a client lose body fat fast as long as they do exactly what i am advising them to do. Muscle weighs 3x more than fat does. Once someone starts my program they start seeing their clothes fit differently and lose clothing sizes.

I offer a Tailored meal plan and workout plan. Workout plans can be tailored to at home gyms, people with injuries, limited space or a gym membership.
