Lauries Grain Free Bakehouse - Lauries Grain Free is a small, family owned and operated business nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes in beautiful Lansing, New York. We believe in baking the old fashioned way - in small batches using only 100% all natural ingredients. Thats why we lovingly bake and pack all of our products in our dedicated grain | gluten | dairy | peanut | tree nut - free facility.

All of our products are grain free making them naturally gluten free by nature. We use a special blend of bean flours that have been pre-soaked, cooked, dried then ground into flour - to make all of our delicious products. This special process makes the nutrients more readily available and easier for your body to absorb. It also makes digestion easier, too!

Our products arent filled with starches, fillers or preservatives. Theyre made with real ingredients like eggs, pure vanilla, fresh fruit and non-gmo sugar. We even make our own baking powder - free of aluminum and corn so you can feel good about the food you and your family eat.

We dont believe you can ever get enough of a good thing! Thats why our sweets are a generous 4 oz. each and our breads are family sized Pullman loaves - perfect for sharing with a friends and family. All of our products freeze well, so be sure stock up for those special you moments and treat yourself to some love with your favorite Lauries Grain Free products!

What food production systems do you stick to?

What processes do you follow?

We use simple ingredients. Compare us to Rudis or Udis or LiveGfree they have roughly 280mg of sodium in their breads. We have 39mg. Laurie is a Holistic Health Practioner using her knowledge of food and thier effects on the body, Laurie has designed simple but yet very healthy recipes.

What is your business history?

In the late part of 2010 we decided to shut down to give the bakery a complete makeover. In 2013, we came back as Lauries Grain Free and better than ever - with a complete line of artisan crafted, grain free/vegan sandwich breads, flat breads, pizza crusts and a line of sweets to die for. Its been an incredible journey thus far... I cant wait to see what lies ahead. I hope youll join me.
