We have no mileage, multiple attempt, or stake-out fees. We have NO HIDDEN FEES at all.
In fact, we dont even ask you to pay us upfront. We would rather for you to see our services in action before payment is made, because unlike other servers, if we dont serve, you dont pay.
What is your business goal?
Our goal is to give public affordable options when it comes to having their legal documents served. Prices of $130 or more on top of other legal court and lawyer fees are not what we consider affordable. Therefore, we will continue to offer the lowest prices in the industry, provide discounts to lower those prices further, and continue to think of ways to help you save even more.
What is your business history?
First established in Tacoma, WA in 2011 serving Pierce County, King County, and Thurston County, in cities such as Tacoma, Lakewood, Seattle, and Olympia, Ive gained the knowledge and conquered techniques that will get the job done successfully here in my native home of Escambia County, AL.
As an Army Veteran, and proud member of the Veteran Owned Business Project, completing all tasks professionally and efficiently has become a personal goal of mines. With other companies charging as much as $130, theres a natural desire to economically provide service of process to those who cannot afford it, with constant updates detailing the status and completion of your service. ECPS prides itself on quality service of process and follows strict adherence to Alabamas codes of civil procedure.
Any tips about your industry for our users?
